• Details about the property and works you tell us about
• Records of correspondence, quotations, certificates and invoices

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, carry out and certify electrical work, keep records required by our competent person scheme and building regulations, and manage payment. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing unless you have asked us to.

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, contract performance to deliver work you have instructed, legal obligation for certification and record keeping, and consent for optional analytics cookies.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary: with our competent person scheme for notification and certification, with subcontracted specialists where a job requires it, and with our accountants and IT providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed work, certification and invoicing are kept for at least six years to meet legal, insurance and warranty obligations.

Security
